However, the seller was quick to respond to my message and very quickly issued a full refund without requiring me to send this ink cartridge back. So, all's well that ends well. I would buy from this seller again knowing that if something went wrong, they would make it right.

    Great price and fast shipping. However box arrived badly damaged, and was not packaged in an additional box. The item inside was not damaged though. It was missing a very important part however and seller agreed to ship out the missing part. It took an additional 3 weeks to get the part which was packaged good, but the seller was quick to respond to my messages. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase and experience, but was disappointed to have to wait 3 weeks to use the product.
