  optionoasis iteam number 196791544504 is a thief before i buy 1kg of Pipore yerba mate from him,he said can deliver then after i bought the item he said cant deliver and he said there is a courier can deliver and i have to pay $25 dollars extra and then said the courier cant deliver.I have requested a refund from him 1 month a go and gave him my bank details but he kept on lieying and deceiving me he is the worst seller i have ever dealt with on ebay

  Seller offered free postage with purchase. After I had bought the item the seller informed me that their courier did not deliver to my address. I asked for a refund, seller asked me to cancel order which I did not instead I let EBAY know what had happened as this contrary to ebay rules and requirements. Then suddenly seller said they had found a new courier, who apparently has delivered. I have never signed for it. So I have no book or refund.
