  I was extremely pleased with my purchase of grill plates from this seller. The plates appeared to have never been used and were in excellent condition despite being advertised as "used". Great care had been taken in packaging the grill plates and they arrived unharmed. They were delivered a few days later than advertised, but I was notified of the delay and it was not a problem.

  Skip this seller. Do not recommend you buy from them. Seller's product headline and description explicitly stated both parts were included, shaver replacement blade and foil. Description was clear. Seller only sent the foil and failed to include the important replacement blade part. Contacted seller to send the missing part. Seller refused to provide prepaid return shipping label. Seller wants me to pay for return shipping due to their false description. Escalating to eBay customer service.

  Hello, Both title and description clearly show a blade is NOT included. I've sold over 10 of these and you were the only one that did not understand this. I sent you screenshots to prove this but you refused to acknowledge. Lastly, you were provided a FREE return label. I will provide a refund in accordance with Ebay policy once item is returned. In the future I would highly recomend you read the description to avoid these issues.
