    Received the item later than expected. In my opinion the method of shipping was a bit confusing. The item was very well packaged, the best for any item I have purchased on eBay. That being said, I attempted to contact the seller to ask about the delay in delivery and inadvertently filed a case with eBay. This was not my intention. Before I knew what was happening, eBay issued a refund to me. I am sending a check directly to the seller to pay for the item. My fault—-not the seller.

    The item arrived and performs per the advertisement - new. Communication with the seller was capital, they responded promptly to my queries. Had an issue with the shipping services, package was delivered but it still shows it's in transit but it's not the seller's fault. I would purchase from them again in the future, thank you.

    My watch battery was as advertised and fixed the watch for for nearly 1/4 of the price of what a big box store wanted. They shipped my order the next day. Shipping was USPS. and it was slower than expected. But that is not the first time USPS has delayed or no delivered.
