Very disappointed... I ordered 3X1500 bags of lady bugs. over 1/2 were dead. Their claim of "Good Bugs - Guaranteed Live Delivery!" is false and even admitted in their communication to me when I questioned it that "Please take our apologies for inconvenience.It is normal for there to be several dead Ladybugs in the container. These bugs have reached the end of their life cycle"
So they admit they were selling dead to almost Dead bugs! I would not do business with them again suggest You don't

My order arrived in about a week with all ladybugs viable and well packaged. I ordered 1,500 and a week later I still saw many that had stayed in place right where I wanted them. But you must follow the directions on time of day and water needs prior to release. Great source for using a natural predator to help contain my whitefly and mite issue. Very happy with this company and plan on using them again. Highly recommend this company!
