Great seller!! Good communication and fair pricing. Item came in prefect condition which was surprising with the age of the item haven’t been out of production for several decades, but advertised condition appropriately and was definitely up to standard!
Offered me a partial refund on the product I bought and followed through. This was due to not having a tag on the item I bought, as opposed to the other one having one with a higher pricing.

This large stamp sheet was very poorly packed by the seller resulting in numerous bends/creases. When advising the seller, his response was 'no returns/refunds' & that the item was packed 'adequately'. Photos showed it was damaged. I reached out to E-Bay, who agreed with my claim & issued a return label & refund upon delivery back to the seller. All stamps must be well packed between 2 sheets of thick cardboard to ensure no bending, which is how I returned the item to the seller.

All items correctly packed. Buyer DECLINED Insurance for Australia Post transit & handling. Very minor gum bend (not creases) probably caused because buyer's letterbox would not accept a 25cm wide envelope without bending. No point to a "he said she said" situation. Full refund including return Insured Post paid.

If you believe that packing a large stamp sheet between very light thin cardboard providing NO rigidity & NO protection from bending/creasing is satisfactory, then your packing standards are very low. The item was hand delivered by the postman who highlighted its poor condition - so please do not make excuses for your sub-standard packing. The photos sent to you/e-bay confirmed the damages & e-bay stepped in to ensure a refund when you refused. The item was returned packed to the high stds reqd.
