  The DVD collection arrived damaged in shipping. After a few back and forths, the shipper made it more than right! Would definitely do business with them again! Hopefully better packaging on future purchases! It states bubble wrapped in the description but did NOT come bubble wrapped and was damaged. They offer a half refund and keep the package. I declined because I want the collection undamaged. They refunded my purchase but have stated that I cannot return the item. Weird. But overall, A+++
