    First of all delivery company totally excellent, they went out of their way really were nice blokes. As for the product it is totally what I wanted the value for money was excellent they explained it had little dinks, and the correspondence between me and the supplier was absolutely brilliant we had a little problem that they sorted it out straight away no negative feedback on this product at all Would definitely buy again

    No direct communication from delivery crew,though kept in touch by our-home-appliances. Crew reluctant to remove old machine and packaging until we showed them the confirmation online. They then checked their own paperwork which showed uplift of old machine but not the packaging uplift. However took the packaging and then tried again not to take the machine by saying maybe another team coming to remove the old machine. Eventually agreed and everything removed. Unhappy with this prevarication.
