  Fast shipping, product as described. I had my doubts as to whether this was a genuine VoltX product as the packaging and product state JY-1000 as the model when it is marketed as E1000. Outbaxcamping were prompt and helpful in replying, and VoltX have confirmed these are the same product. Very happy with the service, the product is so far excellent although i haven't used it to power my fridge yet.

  Yes it was exactly as described and well packaged. Customer service was awesome with regular updates on the progress and delivery and did arrive early. The battery itself is great, hubby couldn't be more satisfied with it. It is doing an awesome job keeping his fridge and oven working and hasn't lost any charge at all.
