I ordered and paid for the Air intake on the 13th January original delivery date was 27ththen it got moved out to the 1st-6th of feb.to communication to me.I did contact you saying thatI had a booking for a dyno tune on the 6th of feb,I should have 10 days leeway for everything to fall into place the product never turned up in time it is Friday no more Aus Post delivery's to dayand my booking for the tune was for 8.00am Monday the 6th 350 km from homeNot happy at all

There was plenty of communication from us, Ebay can verify this, lying in feedback is a pretty low thing to do (also lying in your return request). We did advise you that we were running behind from our xmas break. Maybe you should book your tune after you receive your parts like everyone else! FYI these kits dont require a tune. Maybe organise yourself better, rather than blame others.
