I had an issue with the item. The seller and I discussed the issue. The seller eventually offered me a refund. The $10. was not important, but I accepted in order to resolve the issue. When a seller resolves the issue, it is traditional (not mandatory) to give them a positive review for their effort. I consider this tradition fair. Then this seller informs me that after they are assured of my positive review, they will send a refund. This is not traditional. It
is blackmail, and unethical.

One of my worst experiences in here, the product was on sale at 50% discount, so I purchased FOUR and the guy ships TWO... when opening a claim for the missing TWO, the guy refused to ship the missing and wanted me to close the claim before he did anything... when I didn't want to close the claim he accepted the return of the items.. thus making waste a lot of time... time is money!
