It arrived at a local distribution facility and the local post office tells me that it arrived at the regional distribution facility, but is “stuck” there for some reason. When I reported this information to eBay and the seller, they quickly assumed responsibility and refunded my money. That is stellar customer service, and I will try to use this seller again.

However, it's easy to accidentally pick the wrong part from inventory. Seems like an honest mistake. The refund was processed almost immediately by Ebay. The seller said I didn't need to return it. I requested a return label anyway, because I didn't want to be wasteful and recycle a perfectly good battery, which someone else might need. The seller cooperated and gave me a UPS return code, and I appreciate that.
