Very dissatisfied with the way in which, or rather the lack of packaging and care for an electronic component. Not one piece of padding or bubble wrap... just dropped into an oversized envelope with no bubbles left for cushion! Will not order again for fear I may not receive it in working order. Very disappointed! It's easy to get it someplace on time if you don't have respect for someone else property!

The buyers never contacted me, and I always took care of the problem. The buyer didn't want to return the item or get a full refund. We did ship the item with a bubble envelope, but we are not sure what the buyer wanted.
