  The seller was great—quick to dispatch the order, which I really appreciated. However, the courier service used was quite slow and their tracking system was not helpful at all. There were no updates to indicate whether the package was out for delivery or still sitting at the warehouse. That said, the item did arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, so overall I’m satisfied, but I’d recommend the seller consider a more reliable courier for better tracking.
