There was a problem with item that was initially delivered. It was slightly damaged in transit. The seller responded quickly to my inquiry and promptly sent a replacement item. The seller was excellent to to deal with, and offered a solution straight away. The customer service was some of the best I have received online. The item is as described and works well.

The seller was very communicative and let me know approximate date of delivery as there was an issue with Australia Post tracking. The postage bag was very thin so the actual box of the item has been damaged. Maybe some bubble wrap might help so it doesn't happen to future items. The gift is a Christmas present so the 4year old will be more interested in her present rather that the damaged box it comes in. I will buy again from this seller as he was very helpful with the postage side.
