When they arrived, one of the forks had a small leak. I contacted the seller, and they responded quickly and issued a $75 partial refund without any hassle. Things don’t always arrive perfect, but what matters is how it’s handled—and they absolutely did the right thing. Honest seller, great communication, and overall a very positive experience. Wheels work as they are intended. 10/10 for shipping. 2/10 for customer service in regard to giving a hoot I spent $700, and a couple questions seemed to be to much to ask for. It is what it is. I might be back.
