After a week I contacted them but was immediately told they were out of stock and offered a refund with apologies. They also offered to make efforts to see if they could source any. After a couple of weeks of trying we gave up and they refunded immediately. Communication was good after the initial delay and I would deal with them again.

    Great communication pre- and post-sale. Shipped from HK with a UK power plug but seller offered to send me an AU adapter. And, no, DHL does not deliver to Australia Post Parcel Lockers so had to figure out a delivery to one of their outlet partners. All Good.
