    Not a positive experience. Received item on 13/5/25 in sealed box but the Charger is WRONG USB - can't charge phone. I contacted Samsung and I told them what had happened - they hung up on me! I tried to contact Samsung Sydney Office in Olympic Park - left 2 messages - NO RESPONSE and Bert gave me a wrong Ebay number and didn't want to help at all. I finally managed a message to seller CELLONLINE on Ebay on line. ON WHOLE A VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE from Samsung - EBAY SELLER ?? so far.
