  Super seller!!+++++++ Great communication, super-fast shipping, great packaging and excellent mattress! It was just as described, easy to unpack and unfold :) Left it for 24hrs to expand and once it was done, it felt and looks just like the ones you buy from bedding shops! Firm but cushy :) I got this for my frail father and he said that he had a very comfortable sleep on it :) Thank you very much!! :) Highly recommend seller!

  Received on time quality is as advertised, arrived in good condition, feels and looks good and great value for money. Don't know who is at fault but the bed base comes as 3 boxes only 2 boxes arrived and after discussion with the seller and telling them shipping is their responsibility they arranged for the remaining box to be delivered the next day. The courier driver had instruction to leave the boxes on the verandah his laziness left 2 of the boxes in the driveway beside the carport.

  leaving a positive tick for the seller, but I do have issues with the fact it was vacuum packed in a round, making corners in the middle of the topper, I get that it is posted and this is the best way, but was not expecting large lumpy corners where there should not be any ! Great seller, this is not their fault of course, fast post and well packed in a box.

  Communication was prompt, advising that the table would be coming via courier. While the tracking didn't tell me anything, being in a small town I found it easily. The massage table is great, was sensibly packaged, and is sturdy, professionally finished, with the add ons to accommodate clients who need extra support. Covers are so handy. Excellent service, I highly recommend this seller, despite the courier tracking issue.

  Wery happy with the seller, however the delivery company used I was not happy with. The item was left just leant against the wall outside of common stairwell front door, I was home but not even an intercome call to inform me that the item had been delivered. Was very poor as item could have disappeared from just being left unannounced and who would be responsible? The delivery company "HUNTER EXPRESS" get payed for a delivery and not for the just drop off, at least to my understanding.

  Great communication. I contacted the seller when only 1 box arrived and they replied explaining the boxes may separate in delivery and they supplied the tracking number for the second box and sure enough, it arrived the next day!! Great seller, highly recommend.
