Unfortunately, they have to deal with the most pathetic mail service company in America, the USPS.     Listed as “IN STOCK”. 2 days after purchase i was notified its on backorder….2wks later it was sent. Then received incorrect item. OGM customer support did their best and tracked down my correct item and resent it. Finally received item after almost 4wks. Listing advertised as Zerotech Trace ADV, received a Zerotech Trace. Luckily the model numbers were listed correctly. The Scope is great, experience with seller…no so.
