  Very unhappy about the way this was delivered, we have been home all the time it is too much pouring rain to leave the house, I saw the parcel this morning when I went down the drive to open the gate I did not see it there last night when i closed the gate about 17:30 The parcel has been thrown into the front garden with no concern to us or the weather, I have not yet opened the parcel as there is a tear in the plastic bag and the cardboard inside appears to be wet, please advise, Who is carrier
