  We unfortunately did receive a defective item, however the seller was pleasant to deal with in remediating the issue, the quality of the item isn't on par, but it's by far the cheapest kettle you'd find, so you get what you pay for, however despite the price the item doesn't feel cheap, just fingers crossed you don't receive a defective product, but even if you do, the seller is helpful after a bit of back and forth on resolving any issues you might have with the product.
