After na few hiccups Today the 4th of April I received my Printer's Ink. It has been a long wait, but as explained by the seller it was NOT his fault. I've been buying toner cartridges from Ozlowprices for 4 years now, so I'm a loyal customer. Their product is fantastic, prices are great, and their service/communication is excellent! Even the one time I had a defective cartridge, it war replaced without fuss. Good Morning,
Thank you for the prompt delivery. There is one thing I must comment on, and this is what. The package was left at our door and the deliverery person did not inform us that it had arrived. With the current spate of parcels being stolen from homes one would think that a bit of prudence would have applied. Perhaps a word to the company you use for deliveries.

I took the risk & ordered it anyway & everything turned out ok. Sellers description of postage time vs email delivery within 24hrs was confusing, but within 24hrs it was.
