The item didn't arrive on the advertised date. The seller marked the item sent, but sendle tracking kept on showing that the item was never picked up. The seller never responded to my emails so I had to open eBay case to get a refund. All this took 13 days when the seller had my money and I had nothing. Simply bad seller!

Whilst this product was the cheapest available & the packaging was at a high level… it took far too long to ship out, once shipped - I understand it’s out of the sellers hands - however, when you’re dealing with supplements, it needs to quicker than >3 days dispatch. I had to order express from a different seller whilst I was waiting for this haul… & that was sent out the same day! All in all, idk if I’m gonna order from this seller after this (my ~7th order from them), far too inconvenient.
