    After an initial failed delivery seller was happy to resend product which arrived promptly. Unfortunately I think my package not arriving was an Aus post issue and not the sellers but I am very appreciative that the company resent my items. Great quality woolen socks, like walking on a cloud, amazing value. Thankyou for a positive outcome 10/10 👌

    After 16 years of being with ebay it is the first time I have had to give a negative feedback. Did not receive goods, did not reveive any communication from seller regarding non delivery of item even after ebay had to step in. Ebay confermed seller had no proof of item being sent. Seller does not supply tracking, Seller has treated buyers the same as me on several occasions. Buy at your own peril. Wish ebay would ban sellers with bad behaviour from the website.

    Ordered Monday as needed by weekend and seller offered express 1 to 2 day delivery time frame for eBay plus members. Seller refused to communicate, didn’t post till Wednesday and then claimed they sent it express but untracked so refused to give tracking details. If it was sent express it would have had tracking details so most likely standard postage. I even offered 5 star review if they were willing to communicate but they refused. I would give -0 stars I could. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER
