    The product seems to be fit for purpose but I am not sure this item was despatched with in a timely manner. I know Aus Post can be a bit unpredictable but I purchased other items from other sellers at the same time and they arrived in a more timely manner. I am sure that this seller puts the item in an envelope chucks it in a box at the door, tells eBay it have sent when in fact it sits for a couple of days until someone goes to the post office,

    I apologize for any misunderstanding. The item was sent via standard post, and we provided a tracking number so you can see when your order will arrive. We shipped the order from Melbourne, and since you are located outside of Melbourne, it will take longer to reach you than if you were in Melbourne.

    AVOID SELLER - Read Why? Only factual things that happened Item is not available Seller Marked as sent Contacted seller after some time and they said it was my fault because they sent messages and marked as sent I said I still wanted item They said would send asap After a couple of days of messages back and forth and me saying that marking as sent is deceitful and misleading as it wasn’t sent. They said it was okay because they sent messages. Now they want to issue refund. AVOID SELLER!!!

    We understand some sellers should be avoided on eBay but please look at our previous feedback from other customers. If we had been doing the wrong thing, we wouldn't have been operating for over 15 years. We gave this buyer several options and please note a full refund was issued in the end because they were not willing to reason with us. Several messages were sent and they never bothered to reply and then decided to open a case stating that they never got the item.
