    The product itself is great and we love it; however there is a little problem with the shipping which I know is not anything you wrong. Perhaps you could answer a question for me. The tracking number 288459314538 was received on May 10. It was put under our door mat. Then we got another message that it would be delivered on May 12 and then we got a message that it was deliver on y 12 with a picture of a front door which wasn't our house. Did you send one out which we received May 10 and 13?

    I’m sorry to hear about the confusion with the delivery. Based on the tracking information and your message, it looks like there might have been a mix-up on the carrier's end. To clarify: To answer your question: we only shipped one unit of your order. It seems the additional delivery message and image may have been an error by the shipping carrier (e.g., mis-scanned or wrong tracking update).
