  A week after they had accepted payment, the seller advised they don't have stock and due to ebay's shipping policy, they can't send it later and need to cancel the order and refunded. They advised me to just buy it again when they relist it. They immediately relisted the item as "in stock" with 5 of them on hand and increased the price by $300. In the mean time, I missed out on purchasing it at a similar price from another seller off eBay. They should be banned from eBay.
