These are pretty sturdy metal scissors.
Although it is made with precision, the tip is sharp because it is a knife.
It won't break unless a strong force is applied to it, but it looks like it broke. In this case, the return could not be accepted because the free return must be declared after it has ended.

The shipping company sent the wrong item by mistake.

I was forced to add a battery that wasn't originally included for free, so I couldn't ship it. Of course, the title does not mention that a battery is included.
