  Before I start I would say that the seller was extremely nice and tried to offer me half my money back, but the issue for me was about principle as when I opened the item one was broken and the broken piece was not inside the box,so this told me that the item was broke before it was packaged. I was offered money back but my point wasn’t made and I wouldn’t want any other customer to be disappointed as the issue was with the person who packaged it and should have noticed that it was broke,

  I understand your frustration, and I truly apologize for the inconvenience caused. As mentioned in my earlier message, the item was packed securely in a box to ensure its safety during transit. However, unfortunately, it was damaged in shipping. I did offer a full refund to resolve the issue, but since it was not accepted, I would like to discuss other possible solutions. Please let me know if there is any other way I can assist or if you have another resolution in mind.
