  Advertised as free postage. Once purchased and paid for the seller cancelled the transaction because they don't deliver to my town!! Free postage claim should note that it was conditional. Not happy!. They did however promptly reverse the transaction. I would have preferred contact, with perhaps the option of paying postage.

  Placed and paid for item to have the supplier cancel a few hours later. Apparently their courier service does not service rural areas or have arrangements in place to hand over package to any of the three couriers that do service us daily. The supplied delivery address did include both a street address and a PO Box and delivery info appeared to be based on posting rather than courier. Misleading in that regard, should state the coverage aresa when offering free delivery. Very quick refund

  They are a third party reseller of Bunnings products, they have no inventory and cancel your order when they can't get the stock, blaming it on "issue with buyer's delivery address" but I live in a capital city and never had any problems with delivery to my address. Save a few dollars and just buy from Bunnings directly.
