My inverter was advertised as open box. Not a big deal, but it arrived to me damaged. The outer shipping box was undamaged, so we know it happened before it shipped. I contacted the seller and stated my concerns about a damaged power inverter. The seller refunded my entire purchase cost and I have disposed of the damaged unit. I'm not out anything, but didn't gain anything either. That's why I gave a neutral review. In reality, this seller was great to deal with though. I'd do it again.

The wrong item was sent. I immediately returned the item and was in communication with the seller. Seller implied correct item could be sent if I paid again and the credit provided once they received the returned item. Seller wanted to charge full price for the item initially when I won the item in an auction. Seller did confirm they would send correct item at auction won price and they were working on it. No attempt was made by seller thereafter to ship correct item and satisfactorily resolve.
