  Terrible service. Received package with hand missing. Contacted seller who said they were out of stock of the hand even though they had it listed for sale. They said they could send in 2 weeks and I said no as it was for Halloween and would like a refund which they agreed to. I received a hand in the mail the day after Halloween even after asking for a refund and now seller has stopped responding. Dress also had 2 large holes in it within 5 minutes.
