I contacted the seller 3 times over the course of 11 days and didn’t receive any replies. Once inflated (some with air, some with helium) a third of the balloons popped in the house before we’d bagged them up to take to the venue. Another third of the balloons popped within the first 30 minutes of the party. They’re very poor quality, the colour isn’t bright and opaque as in the picture and it’s disappointing that the seller didn’t offer a reply or apology.
