    I ordered this chair that I thought was gonna have the leg rest like in the picture. But it didn’t upon arrival. I contacted seller about the situation to express my concern.     I received this item on Sat. March 15. The item was listed as 'new', but it arrived used and filthy dirty. There is a "claim" number on the box, indicating it had already been used and returned. I immediately contacted the seller "partyria". This is a dishonest seller who did not even have the courtesy to respond, even though they fraudulently listed a used and defective item. I am expecting a full refund of my $118.39 purchase price, as the item I ordered us not the item that I received.
