  Only positive is i ordered a small order to test seller/products before the larger order i needed. 3 weeks later products bought haven't arrived, only contact from seller was a convoluted message about royal mail strikes and sick post men. Seller said to contact again if products didn't arrive and they'd sort things out. Seller did nothing. Waste of time. Definitely would not recommend this seller.

  Hmmm ... not exactly the truth you messaged on a Sunday and I asked you to wait until the next post and keep me updated. No further message was received from you therefore I assumed you had received the items. Confused why you would not have confirmed they had still not arrived where I would have happily offered a refund or replacements. A whole big drama for an order of £2.38!!! when all it would have taken was a message confirming your 'small order' had still not arrived.

  The ribbon is as described. The seller sent it quickly but Royal Mail only deliver to our road once a week so it took a long time to get to me. I would buy from this seller again.
