- packaging not up to scratch (one touch rubbing up against cardboard without even a team bag or snap lock bag to protect it, the case looks less than perfect, but of course I’ll never be able to prove it was the fault of the shipping so whatever
- seller didn’t respond to my message enquiring if there was any tracking
- for the price charged for postage it would have been easy to provide tracking through auspost
