    Not sure if item was dispatched late or got lost in the post but when queried, the supplier informed in good time that the item was at the post office awaiting collection. Perhaps post items with tracking information to keep the buyer up to date and to be able to track themselves if is a postal issue. EBay have kindly stepped in and issued a refund which was very much appreciated.

    They did not send the item as described,it is not a rabbit goo,see picture ,different make and colour straps send some poorer quality item( I have had a rabbit goo previously).No response when I contacted them!, .Waste of money!,,purchased another one of another site and received correct item .     As described, packaged securely & might fast delivery!! Mine came in 1.5 days. This product is a safe & silent killer! Applied last night in kitchen & they were all on the floor dead this morning. Twice today I've had to vacuum them up & there are so many both times. It seems they're coming out to die from their hiding spots. Small price to pay for peace compared to several potent retail products. Don't be fooled by the picture- 1 tube is huge!     Item listed as fast shipping, however the seller after posting tracking details, cancelled the consignment three days later. When asked why, seller advised they were trialing a new freight company which was hopeless and they will be resending it via another company. As the pesticide was needed urgently, I requested to return which the seller agreed to, and advised they will send a free return label, however they never did, and went silent on all messages. Quite disappointing!
