    The real test of a seller is how any problem is dealt with. The original item ordered was faulty (would not boot up, gave a fault code). PCRenewed agreed to send a replacement and to provide a prepaid label for the return of the faulty item. Their advice, communication and customer support were all first-class: helpful response by phone and prompt, clear emails. The replacement laptop, when it arrived, was absolutely fine and decent value for money. PCRenewed proved to be a reliable seller

The laptop was so securely packaged I think it could have survived being dropped from a building,. The device itself is virtually spotless and just as described. Really happy with my new machine!
