    It was an extremely disappointing transaction. The package I received required a code, but the seller did not provide one, making it completely unusable. On top of that, I had to pay the customs duty out of my own pocket, making this the worst transaction ever. I strongly recommend not buying from this seller. Refund the customs duty.

    You purchased the USB analyzer which you received in perfect working condition. The item can be used with various software suites. My listing made this clear and made no promise of providing additional software. I even went above and beyond and tried to find a solution for you, yet you were extremely rude and threatening in your messages. As for customs, it is the buyer's responsibility to anticipate and pay any fees. If customs is not paid promptly, the package will be delayed as you saw.
