    The package arrived promptly and in good condition but the container of neck cream itself was half empty. Literally half empty! That is not the sellers fault, I just wanted buyers to be aware in general. The price may look ok, but base it on half the amount advertised.

    Item as described but postage EXTREMELY slow. Tracking number given quickly but tracking showed as pending for 5 days, so I contacted seller. Tracking finally updated to “label created” 1.5 hours AFTER seller lied about posting it. I called them out and they lied again about asking courier to update tracking! Tracking did NOT update again for another 3 more days before finally showing the item was picked up 10 DAYS after purchase! Box arrived crushed but luckily did not impact item.
