The package was in terrible condition as if someone had stood on it and dragged it across a concrete floor. The box was crushed and the drill even had marks on it where it had been crushed. The delivery driver carefully delivered it and I'm sure the supplier sent the package in good condition. In between the sender and the delivery, the parcel was crushed.
