    Photo shows flawed etching on personalised glass. Delay in replying to my message regarding fault-"thought they'd answered". Attached photo clearly evidences fault but they requested further photo against black background. Still waiting for answer to my query what that would achieve? They knowingly dispatched item, photo clearly evidences fault. They wouldn't discuss replacement unless faulty item returned, no time left due to their delays, had to gift faulty item to nephew. Gutted.
