  Seller sent an item that didn't match the pictures on their listing at all then wanted to argue with me about their listing. Long story short had to get EBay's customer service involved and they took care of everything including sending me a free shipping label and refunding my money as soon as I took the glasses to the post office. Thank goodness for eBay handling this, because all the seller wanted to do was argue just like other customers have complained about. Picture of listing vs item sent

  The frames came well packed and arrived I. Great condition. They were exactly as described. The only problem was that they took longer than estimated to arrive but that is a mail delivery problem not a product problem!
