The Bosch Hedge Trimmer finally arrived a week after it should have - all in good packaging order except it was left at the front door by whoever was the Courier Service leaving no acknowledgement he or she had delivered the Trimmer. Living on a main road and open to all and sundry this item could have been stolen and we would'nt have known. Are Couriers suppose to knock first ??? Very pleased with Trimmer and was an excellent price, on Special for $99.00 . would recommend 5*

Advertised as Brand new. Received item that is NOT brand new. Used item received in old damaged packaging. Saw has marks on them. Original Bosch seal damaged and broken, put together with sticky tape. Refund request opened with eBay. Waste of time. Never Again.
