    This is a tough one to provide feedback for. Tracking showed it had not shipped for 2 weeks after I paid. I contacted the seller who said they'd shipped it right away. Seller asked me to file a claim with ebay so I did. A little while later traking showed item had just shown up at post office. I cannot refute that so I will not. The product is as described and it finally arrived after another week. For that reason I am leaving positive feedback but likely will not buy from seller again.

    Top notch seller! I'm a returning customer, since this seller in one of the only ones that sell the Bergan Turbo Scratcher Replacement Pads. I've tried other brands and they are cheap & get destroyed so easily, which it why I'm so grateful to this seller for having the original brand for the Bergan cat scratcher toy. Seller is highly trusted. My items were as described, packaged well & delivered fast. Very pleased & would highly recommend.

    Because it arrived severely damaged it was not a good value and obviously that it was in poor condition. The seller was very responsive and did resolve the issue with a refund so I have nothing bad to say about them. The problem was with the shipper I believe so I would still do business with them again if the need arose.
