The seller was late sending the beans but messaged me to let me know it was because they were waiting on a fresh batch of new stock and sent my order out immediately after the stock arrived.

When coffee arrived it was damaged as courier decided to slam can into our mailbox instead of walking up to our front door. Great communication with seller and refund issued immediately.
