Our team is a friendly bunch of people who love their pets (a little too much some might say) providing the best products and service they can to other pet lovers. My name is Bonnie I'm the owner, I also have two fabulous young women who are the backbone of the business who I couldn't live without, McKenna and Ilana. We have great support staff too Daniel looks after our technical web stuff, Britt does our designs, David makes sure we pay our bills on time and Diane is our Marketing guru.

Unfortunately they never responded until I lodged a complaint with eBay. Apparently the products I had ordered were out of stock. They offered other styles to replace and were apologetic but the lack of communication is extremely disappointing. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from them.
