I ordered over a thousand dollars worth of factory sealed pokemon cases and specifically asked for them to be put in a separate box for protection. They completely ignored my request and shipped through the mail in it's factory sealed box putting the packing sticker right over the pokemon sticker. The tape seals were broken in places at shipping and I can't even read what the product is. This ruins hundreds of dollars in value because I can't call this a sealed case anymore. Bad seller

Booster box was still factory sealed as described. It was packaged well for shipping, but it took them 8 days to ship the dang thing after I paid (technically the label was created after 5 but it took another 3 to drop it off at the post office), but it was between Christmas and the new year, so I'll give them some grace. Ebay is giving me an option to rate their seller communication, but I am not aware of receiving any communication from them. Overall I can't complain.
