    Seller took over two weeks to send out my order, untracked. The courier tried to deliver but stated no one was at home to collect even though I was. Had I been provided with a tracking number I would have kept an eye out for the courier. At this point I had asked the seller to redirect the parcel back to themselves and issue a refund which they agreed to. That’s not what happened though. Now the parcel is awaiting collection at a parcel locker which I have to go out of my way to collect. Thanks!

    Items weren’t packaged well - only in a plastic bag - arrived damaged. Seller was very apologetic & gave me a refund & return’s label so I didn’t have to pay for return postage

    Hi JUD, thanks for your review, We feel the reviews does not sound right, as the items is packed in the box and covered the box by plastic bag. We do not understand why you mentioned IT IS ONLY IN A PLASTIC BAG - and the item IS NOT DAMAGED, Only the box slightly damaged.
